Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the 2a.social website, private beta access, mobile applications, and related services made available by 2a.social.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 2a.social, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service, and older if the law where you live requires it.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account or profile.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if account information is false, misleading, abusive, or unsafe.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:

  • Violating applicable law or encouraging others to do so.
  • Harassing, threatening, impersonating, stalking, doxxing, or abusing other people.
  • Uploading malware, scraping restricted data, reverse engineering prohibited systems, or interfering with platform security.
  • Creating fake trust signals, fake business profiles, false verification claims, or fraudulent listings.
  • Posting content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or community safety rules.

4. Community Safety and Moderation

2a.social is built around privacy, verification, and trust-aware community tools. We may review reports, investigate misuse, remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts to protect users, businesses, and platform integrity.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.
  • You grant 2a.social a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process your content to provide and improve the service.
  • You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that the content is lawful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

6. Business, Club, Instructor, and Event Listings

If you submit or manage a business, club, instructor, or event listing, you are responsible for the truthfulness of the information, the right to publish it, and any interactions that result from it. Verification or directory visibility does not mean endorsement, guarantee, or legal certification by 2a.social.

7. Beta Features

Parts of 2a.social may be offered in alpha, beta, preview, or limited-release form. Beta features may change, break, disappear, or be withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of beta content or configuration.

8. Intellectual Property

The 2a.social name, branding, site design, software, and service materials are owned by 2a.social or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2a.social disclaims warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2a.social and its affiliates, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for users or the platform, or if we need to do so for operational, security, or legal reasons.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
