Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your 2a.social account directly inside the app from the Profile page. These steps explain where to find the delete action and what happens next.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Open the 2a.social app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile page.
  3. Open Settings from the Profile page.
  4. Scroll to the account section and select Delete Account.
  5. Review the confirmation message and complete the final confirmation prompt.

2. What Deletion Means

  • Your account access will be disabled once the deletion request is processed.
  • Your public profile will no longer be shown to other users.
  • Certain records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Backups and system logs may remain for a limited period before they are overwritten or removed in the normal course of operations.

3. If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot sign in or cannot reach the Profile page, send a deletion request to support@2a.social from the email address associated with your account. Include enough information for us to identify your account and process the request safely.
